FAQs

Can I print the images myself?

What is unique about us is our extremely high quality of all of our products. We have exclusive access to professional labs which have been calibrated to our screens to assure color and exposure accuracy. This is not something able to be found at Walmart, Walgreens, Etc.. Our desire it to assure that your memories are beautifully represented and will last lifetimes, therefore, we do not allow clients to print images from the shoot.

Do you offer digital files?

Yes! What we have found is that the best way to serve our clients is to have tangible products be our first priority, although we understand how fun it can be to share your images on a digital platform. Each printed image comes with a matching high-resolution digital file.

What is your rescheduling and cancelation policy?

We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, you do so at least 72 hours before your photoshoot. In the event that this is not possible, a fee of $75 will be charged. In the event that the cancelation is made 72 hours before the session, your creation fee may be credited to a future session. We will monitor the weather, and if there is inclement weather, rescheduling is free of charge.

When will I receive my products?

From the time you have placed your order, you should expect to have your products personally delivered to you within 5 weeks. Many orders are able to be delivered earlier, while other products such as hand crafted albums may take up to 5 weeks.

What should I wear during my shoot?

After booking your session, you will receive a guide informing you of some wardrobe ideas and suggestions. We recommend avoiding small patterns or logos and wearing something that you feel comfortable in.

Where can I find pricing?

What is a creation fee?

A creation fee is a one-time payment made at the time of booking your session, which allows your photographer to reserve your date. This fee covers the photographer's travel time, artwork design, image retouching, and equipment usage.

How soon can I schedule my session?

The further in advance you request to book the better as we book on average three months ahead for portraits and family shoots, and one to two years ahead for weddings. You can send us a booking request through our website HERE.

Can I do a photoshoot with my pet?

Yes! All of our sessions are based on the length and nature of the session. We do not charge for wardrobe changes or by the number of people or pets in the pictures. People often love to have their dogs or other pets included.
